Delete your account
How to delete your Blink account, with or without the app.
In the app
Open Settings, tap Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Without the app
Email hello@sayblink.app from the address you sign in with, with "Delete my account" in the subject. We'll check the request came from you, then delete the account.
What's deleted
Your profile, posts, comments, messages, friends and settings. They leave Blink straight away and are erased from our systems within 90 days; we keep them that long so a report filed just before can still be reviewed.
What we keep
The link between your account and the masks you used, moderation records, and anything under a legal hold, for moderation and legal purposes only. If the account was banned, we keep a hashed copy of its email address so the ban sticks. None of this is ever shown to other users. A permanently banned account can't be deleted until the ban is lifted.
